The Acceleration Program is the product of exercise physiologist John Frappier's extensive studies of the athletic training techniques used in the former Soviet Union and the United States.  The result is a program that combines cutting edge technology and sports science to provide the latest in safe and effective sports training.  Since the programs design in 1985 the Frappier Acceleration program has exploded, there are now over 150 sites worldwide.
