All registrations will require a $200.00 non refundable deposit to hold your spot! Deposit is due upon registration. Failure to provide required deposit will result in loss of spot. If paid in full at time of registration a team will forfeit their $200.00 deposit if they do not provide one month advanced notice of cancellation. A team may request reinstatement of their spot, if a opening remains.
Payment in full is due on the last day of the month prior to the date of their tournament. (Ex: Tournament date Dec. 13th. Payment Due Nov. 30th)
SORRY WE CANNOT TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR GAME TIMES.
AS STATED IN OUR TOURNAMENT ADVERTISING AND REGISTRATIONS GAMES BEGIN AS EARLY AS 7 AM ON FRIDAYS WHICH OFTEN TIMES REQUIRES PLAYERS TO MISS SCHOOL. IN ORDER TO PLAY 4 GAMES IN A WEEKEND WE MUST START EARLY ON FRIDAYS. NO SPECIAL GAME TIME REQUESTS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
AS A TOURNAMENT HOST WE DO OUR BEST TO AVOID AS MUCH CONFLICT AS POSSIBLE TO SEED TEAMS AGAINST TEAMS THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR DISTRICT. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT UPON ARRIVING TO BRACKET PLAY, AFTER THE SEEDING ROUNDS, THAT TEAMS WILL NOT SEE OTHER TEAMS FROM THEIR DISTRICT.
